The market data shown through the service is licensed to Flowstradamus LLC by our data provider, AxiomX LLC d/b/a Theta Data, and originates from U.S. securities exchanges and their consolidated feeds, including the Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA), the CTA/UTP consolidated tape, and Nasdaq. These restrictions pass through from our agreements with that provider and the exchanges and apply to every user of the service. They are the end-user restrictions referred to in §8(f) of the Terms of Service, form part of those Terms, and supplement §§7–8.
You may use the data — and the analytics and visualizations we derive from it — only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Access is licensed to you individually and is non-transferable.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, republish, or otherwise provide the data (or any content permitting bulk extraction or reconstruction of the underlying feed) to any third party. You may not scrape, crawl, cache beyond ordinary browser operation, or use automated means to extract the data or any derived content.
All data is delayed at least 15 minutes and is provided "as is." It must not be used for order routing, trade execution, or any purpose that depends on real-time accuracy. Neither Flowstradamus, our data provider, nor the exchanges/OPRA warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
At signup you self-certify your Professional / Non-Professional subscriber status under exchange rules. You agree your self-certification is accurate and that you will promptly notify us if your status changes. Fees or reclassification charges attributable to your status are your responsibility, as described in the Terms of Service §8(d).
Our data provider licenses the data to us on a per-subscriber basis. We report aggregate counts of paid subscribers to the provider for licensing purposes. No name, email, or other personal information is included in those reports.
The underlying market data remains at all times the property of our data provider and the respective exchanges and reporting authorities; you obtain no ownership interest in it. The analytics, baselines, and visualizations Flowstradamus derives are the property of Flowstradamus LLC.
The service and the data within it are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in the service is investment advice or a recommendation, and we do not endorse any security or offering. Consult your own licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.
Our data provider and the exchanges are intended third-party beneficiaries of these restrictions. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access under the Terms of Service, including where our data provider or an exchange requires it.
